Every instrument is free. The Pass adds the paperwork.
Runs of up to 8 data rows cost nothing, with every plot and every step of the working. The Bench Pass is for the lab report: longer runs, runs you can come back to, a sheet to print and the numbers as CSV.

Price, worked
The arithmetic
- Twelve months of the monthly Bench Pass: 12 × $1.95 = $23.40.
- The annual Bench Pass: $19.50 = 10 × $1.95, so it costs 10 months and covers 12, which is $3.90 less than paying monthly.
- The Exam Week Pass: one $1.00 payment that covers 7 days and then ends by itself.
Conditions
How the passes work
- Paying
- Through PayPal, once payments are switched on. Rate Bench never sees card details.
- Cancelling
- The monthly and annual Bench Pass keep renewing until you stop them in PayPal, which you can do at any time. The days already paid for keep working.
- One week
- The Exam Week Pass is a single $1.00 payment for 7 days. It never renews.
- No account
- Passes and saved runs live on private links. Rate Bench never asks for an email address or a password.
- After a pass ends
- Saved runs stay readable and keep every row they hold: rows are never trimmed. Changing a run, the lab sheet and CSV need a pass that is still running. A saved run left unopened for 400 days is deleted (privacy).
